We live in a time when material worth is paramount. Value is measured in terms of numbers, statistics, quantities and dollars. We have become extremely efficient in both production and consumption.... we do a damn good job of seeing that the cycle of producing and consuming happens as fast as possible. We are constantly bombarded by a seemingly endless arsenal of short lived, super flashy, incomplete bits of information delivered at one million miles per hour. We have become uneasy, distracted, and far less likely to stop for a few extra moments to observe the details. Our goal as a fine art production and printing company is to slow things down - to pause for as many moments as are needed in order to filter our creative output to a point at which any 'product' coming out of our studios has undeniably ascended beyond its material worth and has found its way into the realm of aesthetics. When we encounter something truly aesthetic it forces us to stop - at least for a moment. A well crafted, aesthetic object/image/product, when created with a strong conceptual foundation, has the power to truly change one's point of view. This is where the true power of Art lies. We, as a company, are intent on supporting artists and other groups who believe that, through the use of high levels of craftsmanship combined with ideas pertinent to our contemporary world, a truly aesthetic communication can be created. We want to assist in the creation of visual communication that has the power to change the way people look at things....
